REFUND & RETURN POLICY – HIDR FITS

At HIDR FITS, every product is made with care and quality. Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, all items are printed specially for each order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item

To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
• Change of mind
• Minor color variation due to screen differences
• Custom printed products

Since all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for sizing or preference changes.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
